Kodi Kura Ingredients Skinless chicken - 250 g. Chopped coriander leaves - ½ cup. Chopped tomatoes - 1 cup. Ginger – Garlic paste - 1 tbsp. Coconut paste - 1 cup Turmeric powder - ¼ tbsp. Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp. Garam masala powder - 2 tbsp. Chicken masala powder - 1 tbsp. Finely chopped onion - 1 cup Chopped green chilli - 2 Ghee - 1 tbsp. Oil - 1 tbsp. Salt - as required Water - as required Dry spices Cinnamon - 1 Cardamom - 2 Long pepper - 1 Star anise - 1 Cloves - 4 Procedure 1. Heat a pan add oil and ghee. 2. Add star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, long pepper, cloves and saute. 3. Add finely chopped onions and green chilli, mix well. 4. Now add ginger-garlic paste, salt mix them well and cook for 4-5 minutes. 5. Once onion turns golden brown add coconut paste mix well and cook until raw smell disappears. 6. Add tomatoes mix well and cook until they turn mushy. 7. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chicken masala powder mix well, cover and cook for a minute. 8. Now add chicken, let it fry until it absorbs all the spices. 9. Once chicken absorbs all masala add water and cook until completely done. 10. Turn off the flame add coriander leaves and mix well 11. Serve hot with Ragi chapati.
